T.J. Conley is a respected leader in the areas of employment counseling and litigation; non-competes, confidentiality and trade secrets; and business disputes. He has been practicing in these areas since 1993, both as a partner at the Minneapolis law firm of Leonard, Street and Deinard, and now in his own practice. He is certified as a Labor and Employment Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.
T.J.’s clients trust him as both an adviser and as a courtroom advocate, and he has been chosen by his peers as a “Super Lawyer” several times. He regularly teaches at both regional and national legal conferences.
